Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kerry Weber — the “K” in reKruit
First and foremost, I’m a mom of a beautiful daughter and son. I’m also a dog mom, daughter, sister, aunt, and niece—family is my center. My career, though, has been just as defining, empowering me to support and raise my children.
As owner and principal recruiting consultant at reKruit, I bring 20+ years of experience across business development, account management, leadership, and technical and professional recruiting. I specialize in leadership searches and niche roles and I love the thrill of finding those elusive “purple squirrels.”
Like many recruiters, I fell into the field after roles in marketing, HR, and counseling. Since starting my journey in the early 2000’s, I’ve gained global training, learned through trial and error, and developed a true passion for connecting people and opportunities.
I’ve worked with and for Corporations, small and fast-growing consulting firms, SaaS/High tech start-ups, boutique agencies, and National staffing firms. Each experience has sharpened my ability to listen, build trust, and deliver thoughtful solutions.
